“I had the pleasure of being the Sr. exec that approved Nellie's hire at Cybex. We had several graphic designers before that time but none that made the positive impact that Nellie did when she started. She is an extremely talented graphic designer who has an excellent grasp of the adobe suite of products and their application in the creation of a wide variety of marketing materials. Once Nellie started with Cybex, we were able to take much of the graphic design work done by outside agencies and bring it in-house. This improved not only the throughput but also the quality of the work at the time. Since then her capability has grown significantly and she has been involved in everything from creative development, photo shoots, and layout design all the way through final material production coordination.
